My husband and I have been going to Dr. Josie for years and never had a problem. This past year, I was charged out of pocket costs twice for what was covered by insurance because what my insurance pays is a "slap in the face." And I just found out that my insurance was charged for work that was never done. A coworker who I referred to the office was also charged to re-cement a temporary crown, when I was told the charge was to make another temporary since mine came out and broke. It makes me wonder how much of other patients' money has been taken.
